This document describes the rules for handling customer information, which apply to the StoneKey keyboard app.Collection and use of personal information
In general, we do not collect or use any of your personal information. However, if you deliberately enter your email address while filling in a contact form, we will use that address for sending a reply to your message in case it is needed.Collection and use of non-personal information
We may collect some non-personal information, particularly:
- Anonymous crash data.
- Device hardware model.
- Non-personal device identifier. As its name suggests, the non-personal device identifier is not personally identifiable data and is specific to the StoneKey keyboard app.
- Versions of the app and iOS system being used.
We may use the collected information to:
Allowing Full Access
- Improve and enhance our products.
- Analyze aggregate usage statistics and general trends.
- Detect, investigate and prevent unauthorised activity.
In general, after a custom keyboard has been activated, you can optionally grant it Full Access, which allows the keyboard to make use of some extra capabilities, such as sending data over the network. The StoneKey keyboard in particular was designed with intention of being fully functional even when Full Access is not allowed. However, there are a few minor features, for instance, keyboard click sounds, which require it. In case you choose to enable Full Access to use the full set of features, note that our app does not collect, send or use the data you type in any other way.Sharing with third parties
We do not share any personal or non-personal customer information with third parties.Changes
From time to time, we may need to change this policy, though most changes are likely to be minor. In case we change our policy rules, this page will be updated appropriately, so you should refer to it for the most recent version.Contact details
